Show progress during annotation candidate refinement #37

There is no way to know when all selected annotation candidates have been refined. Add a counter that shows the "seen" candidates similar to the training proposal refinement.

This could be done with the progress indicator of the annotation tool (the circle near the image filename) because the sidebar is already full with the label trees. The circle could also be used for the training proposal refinement.
