See #32. Add the following notice to the release of this feature:

After upgrading to this version, configure the storage disk for trained Mask R-CNN models both for the BIIGLE application instance and any biigle/gpus instance. Set the MAIA_MODEL_STORAGE_DISK variable in the .env file to the name of the storage disk.

Won't implement this for now. Can be reopened if #32 gets relevant.
