Add "remove" button to the refine views #41

In addition to the :heavy_plus_sign: and :heavy_check_mark: buttons in both refine views, add a :heavy_minus_sign: and :x: button. They perform the same action than a press on Delete but make this feature more obvious. Also mention this in the manual.
