Integration of other methods to generate training proposals #45

In the future, there may be other methods available to generate training proposals for MAIA. Offer these as selections in the submit form for a new MAIA job:

Novelty detection: If rare objects can be separated from a rather uniform background
Existing annotations in the same dataset
UnKnoT: If another similar dataset is available, which has already been annotated and if both datasets contain "distance to sea floor" information for each image
iBaSe: coming soon?

Closing as there currently are no plans for further methods (e.g. iBaSe). See Section 5.1.1 of my thesis for the idea behind iBaSe (interactive background segmentation).
