decompile and compile issue

I want to change the language of duomi.apk which is originally in Chinese 
language. for test purpose first time I have decompiled, compiled, signed and 
installed by apktool_4.4.1.apk on my lenovo A850 mobile android_4.2.2 system. 
But when opening duomi_src_sign.apk, it is force closing automatically with 
error message "Unfortunately, ___ has stopped". Please help me to solve the 
issue. I have attached here logcat file and original apk download lik file.

The app cannot run even without decompile/recompile if you just delete its 
signature and sign with another signature.

Dear sir, As you suggested I have checked. Your trick is working on inbuilt 
English language application only. But it is not  working on Chinese language 
apks. Please I need your help. Thank you.
