DG: sequence diagram font size

Computer screen size: 15" (relatively big) Location: DG, page 17 Location: ResetPaymentsSequenceDiagram.puml The font size is too small to read comfortably on 100% Adobe Acrobat reader sizing. One way to fix this is perhaps to shorten the arguments to execute, parseCommand, and parse.

• Proposed change: parseCommand('resetpayments -id 01') instead of parseCommand('resetpayments -id 000001')
• Rationale: shorten the argument would lead to a diagram that's less wide. Therefore, the margins won't shrink the image as much, resulting in bigger and more readable text.
