Hi sorry for the late reply. Only the codes are proprietary to me. You can get access to all the raw data here http://fcon_1000.projects.nitrc.org/indi/summerofsharing2012.html and here https://www.oasis-brains.org/.

Hello Zach Lyu, Can you please help me how to download the MRI images I mean step by step process to extract the images, where to run the code I mean step by step process in which platform we need to run and where to see the output.
