Colour variation of kora icon theme with Orange folder icons

What I have done:

• cleaned up and aligned source code of SVG files of folder icons in 'apps' and 'places'
• this allows for quickly creating all colour variations as shown in the 'colour_templates' folder
• and/or adjusting these colours if need be
• have used and tested 3 initial colour variants and all seem to work fine,
• but need to do some further testing, and
• write a proper README :)

If you think this is helpful can send a pull request for Black & Magenta (both ready) and eventually create further colour variations.

Hi, you did a lot of work here. But as I said before I'm not planing to add other color variants.
