Allow geocoding of intersections #165

E.g. "24th St & Valencia St"

Beta tester feedback:

Allow entry/autocomplete of an intersection with two cross streets as my destination, like google maps does. Often I know I want to go to, say, 24th and Valencia, but not the address or name of a location there.

This may be something we want to implement by modifying Photon, but we don't currently have a fork of Photon to attach an issue to, so filing it here.

I didn't find an issue about this on Photon's official repo, but there is one for Nominatim. It's been open a long time, sounds nontrivial https://github.com/osm-search/Nominatim/issues/123

That intersection works because "Ellis Street & Leavenworth Street" is the name of a highway=bus_stop OSM node https://www.openstreetmap.org/node/6386013940
