Display when bikes are permitted both directions on an otherwise one-way road #268

Here's an example of this in OpenCycleMap:

Currently, looking at the map (without directions on it) in BikeHopper you couldn't see (for example) that despite the one-way arrow south, bikes are allowed northbound on Battery Street from Market to Vallejo.
