Bad routing from Patricia's Green to Conservatory of Flowers #112

  1. Why the long detour before going west? (Maybe too aggressive about avoiding hills? But that doesn't really make sense. Octavia from Page to Haight is also a big steep hill.)
  2. Why not take the Panhandle path / Fell protected bike lane all the way into the park?
  3. Even after switching to Page, why not take the JFK Promenade?

I would probably either take Page the whole way, or else take Octavia north to Fulton, and that west to Baker, then south to Fell PBL/Panhandle path. Google does Octavia-Fulton-Scott-Fell-JFK.

Oops I'm actually not seeing this weird behavior on prod, only local. I thought it would be the same, but maybe I have a graph cache left over from an old branch checkout? Closing for now, since this is not repro-able
