Enter station time #28

Figure out if Graphhopper accounts for the time it takes to enter a BART station. If it doesn't add transfer time upfront we should add it. if it does, then we should make it more at least for BART.

My comment is in regards to timing of bicycling to BART. In this case 5 minutes was estimated from 1699 Market to the 16th St BART station. While 5 minutes is more or less accurate to get to the station, it didn’t account for the time to get to the platform. In some cases getting an elevator may be the best way if one is unable to carry a bike up/down stairs or use the bike rail on 16th st. Because of this it took longer than I was planning and I had to catch the next train. If you’re able to add even a couple of minutes as a buffer when estimating time to enter the station with a bike it could help be more accurate.
