there is a lot of stuff in the whole of graphopper that we do not need and is actively confusing us. lets delete it and try and get tests passing on what remains.
maybe we rename this repo to bikehopper and start a hard fork. goal would still be to PR improvements to graphhopper eventually but we shouldn't be afraid to really change things as we poke around and try and fix it up. discussion needed on that though @bikehopper/all
