Send email to students every two years asking them if they are still at this school - migrate off if no

A few questions about this:

  1. Do we do this just once a year, or once a semester?
  2. Do we show the school that we're doing it?
  3. Do we have them trigger it?

Once every 2 years send this email. Those who say they're no longer there, we opt out. Those who don't say anything, we keep in. Maybe automatically migrate the unresponsive bikes out of the system after 6 years or so?

We don't need the school to trigger it but I do think it would be nice if they had some sort of visual about it - I don't know what that looks like though. Maybe just a list of people who have automatically been removed along with a date of removal?
