Bug in DotSpatialMathTransform.cs #142

Line 228 & 229 of DotSpatialMathTransform.cs is setting the X ordinate twice. 
Should it not be setting the Y as well?

I am noticing that when running transformations the Y is not being set 
correctly on the output
