NetTopologySuite.Tests.NUnit build fails -- reference errors (patch attached)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Checkout trunk on a clean environment
2. Rebuild solution
3. Observe build errors

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected a succeeded build, instead see reference errors to GeoAPI, NTS, and 
NTS.IO.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Trunk, VS2012

Please provide any additional information below.
Updating references to corresponding solution items fixed the problem. See 
attached patch.
