NuGet package for NetTopologySuite.IO.GeoJSON #153

Could you please create a NuGet package for NetTopologySuite.IO.GeoJSON? 
Currently there is no official one, although somebody published this dll as 
HashFoo.Nts.GeoJson. But it would be useful to ensure same versions of all 
libraries being available.

Not sure what you mean? I have not created that package but as you are 
publishing NetTopologySuite and NetTopologySuite.IO packages, it would be 
useful to have NetTopologySuite.IO.GeoJSON or to include GeoJSON bit in 
NetTopologySuite.IO package.
