Polygonize Example Fails #59

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Run the PolygonizeExample.cs
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The assert "Assert.IsTrue(de != null, "Found null DE in ring.");" in 
PolygonizeGraph is raised.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Version 2.11

Please provide any additional information below.
I could get the 1.7.3 code to work, but not the lastest verion. I think 
the de.Next call fails to retrieve the next enumeration.
