Hi,
It seems like the Unreal environment was not opened up. Prior to running the script, you should download the environment from releases and extract it. Then, open up the .exe file in that folder. This will open up an Unreal environment. Finally, you can run the script.
I have followed each step as suggested by the readme. However, I encounter the problem as follow:
