Android 13 and multiple updates #193

This PR updates the app to Android 13 (or tries to, I do not have Android 13 and can not test it). I also took multiple forks and merged their changes into this PR.

The app runs fine on Android 13 from F-Droid.

This PR merges multiple unrelated PRs?

Looks odd...

@licaon-kter I rewrote the history a little bit and removed the mess I made while testing. I know, that the FDroid versions works, but it would be better, if the Google Play version would work as well. And yes, it somelike "merges multiple PRs" because there were no PRs or I felt like no one cared about them.

I tested it using an emulator with Android 13, but I can not test it on real devices, because I have no devices above Android 11

No, sorry, I never built an apk, because unfortunately I do not have any real devices to test it. I only used the Android Emulator....
