Remove sni-qt, conversion tools and discontinued apps

now supported with sni-qt only this apps:

• ScreenColud
• Mumble
• RescueTime

I think it's not big reason change default (non-patched) system sni-qt library for only 3 apps.

About conversion tools. Inkscape very monster for that and not good worked with some SVG's. I think RSVGConvert now enougth - and this worked fine!

Also some apps discontinued or jump to Qt5. Will be good clean database. For examples:

I think we should really clean all of that as soon as possible, but I really don't have the time to work on this anymore :( I will try to find some time this summer to clean the whole repository and ditch old discontinued apps and technologies we were using
