No apps to fix on Budgie 20.04

Specifications

• Hardcode-Tray version : 4.3.0~1004+pkg5~ubuntu20.04.1
• Distribution : Ubuntu 20.04 (Budgie)
• Gtk version : 3.24.18

Expected behavior and actual behavior

Running on Ubuntu Budgie 20.04 it claims there are no apps to fix, even though there are a few (e.g. Rambox. Remmina etc).

The log indicates that the DE is not detected and shows it as "Other" in the app itself. Odd, because budgie is mentioned in the code.

• echo $XDG_CURRENT_DESKTOP returns Budgie:GNOME
• echo $DESKTOP_SESSION returns budgie-desktop

The check however is being done on "budgie", so that might explain why it is not properly detecting the DE here.

However, if I run it as sudo DESKTOP_SESSION=budgie hardcode-tray it does properly "detect" Budgie yet it still claims that there are no apps to fix.

Steps to reproduce the problem

On another laptop and Hardcode-Tray 4.3-0~1008+pkg5~ubuntu20.04.1 it detects Solaar and patches it but the icon doesn't change.
