Fedora 37 support #752

Please add Fedora 37 support. Can't install right now using fedora 37 repo.

[kindheart@kindcraft ~]$ sudo dnf install hardcode-tray

Error:
  Problem: conflicting requests
   - contains nothing from python(abi) = 3.10 required for hardcode-tray-4.3.r215.g6ab837d-110.1.noarch
(try adding "--skip-broken" to skip packages being removed)

Sorry for that. OBS doesn't allow pull code via ssh anymore. Now it fixed. Repo for Fedora 37 added
