Fedora 39 support #773

Please add Fedora 39 support. Can't install right now using fedora 39 repo.

package hardcode-tray-4.3.r246.g1d52b2c-121.1.noarch from @System requires python(abi) = 3.11, but none of the providers can be installed
  - package hardcode-tray-4.3.r246.g1d52b2c-121.1.noarch from home_SmartFinn_hardcode-tray requires python(abi) = 3.11, but none of the providers can be installed
  - python3-3.11.6-1.fc38.x86_64 from @System  does not belong to a distupgrade repository
