access instance console from host terminal #150

I am using openstack grizzly, single node. I want to access the instance terminal from my hosting machine terminal. Is their a way I can do that. Note that when the instance is coming on boot, I am trying to access using the uid of the instance or name but not ip as I want to configure the IP on my own after I enter the console.
