Following your instructions I'm getting AttributeError: No such RPC function 'report_state' error on quantum-server, l3-agent and dhcp-agent.

I added the changes over here to fix it.

Am I missing something because of which I need to do this ?

I didn't see this problem in my plateform. Can you specify what are your install configurations ?
