13.04 has different path for quantum_sudoers file #84

I think this is necessary as most of the people will end up creating a new file without realizing it instead of updating the existing one.

I dont agree with you. The guide does say this:

nano /etc/sudoers/sudoers.d/quantum_sudoers

This will edit the existing file and will not create a new one. Nonetheless, i have updated the comment of the command from /etc/sudoers to /etc/sudoers/sudoers.d/quantum_sudoers to be more precise.
