Remind: reboot after running "apt-get dist-upgrade" #98

Because the OVS installation may do some things in the kernel and the kernel of ubuntu 12.04 has updated to 3.5.0-53, reboot is required after upgrade the kernel, or your quantum agent-list will display "XXX".
