MSE Error ErrorCode:11 #471

在播放过程中偶现 errorCode:11 platform:Win32 InvalidStateError: Failed to execute 'appendBuffer' on 'SourceBuffer': This SourceBuffer has been removed from the parent media source.

想问出现这种状况是什么原因，应该如何处理才能恢复正常播放？
