mobile HUAWEI MT7-TL00 when play rtmp video,always~

已经在好几个机型上复现了，视频流没什么特殊的，就是 h264,好像都会绿屏，再找个机型上。。。

4560 May be you can try this patch, I has the green problem also. With the patch, fix the problem
