CountWithMeGame.tsx

• audio overlaying issue was fixed
• const [isButtonDisabled, setIsButtonDisabled] = useState(false) was added and used inside of handleBirdClickOrder()
• once a user clicks on the last animal button, all animal buttons will be disabled for 1700 seconds
