Cleanup repo #45

Removed lots of old modules which I never use and also never maintained. If there are no objections I will merge this in a week...

Hi, thank you for this project. I use the code-coverage file and have found it really useful.

I’m not qualified to say if others use any of the deleted files here ... There are 13 of us following the repo, who will get notifications about the PR.

If you have time, and haven't done so already, it might be worth a search through github for a spot-check for uses of a few of the deleted modules. Or maybe someone else who sees this could add a note here and do so...

One thing I noticed: the README still mentions using backported modules, which have been deleted.

Hmm. My search suggestion was a bit naive, as it doesn’t account for who has already taken a copy of files from this repo - and checking through the 2,746 code results here is infeasible:
