Cleanup of core binding-logic. There were a couple undiscovered mistakes related to re-using a ref. variable. Outcomes didn't seem affected, but no point in having code that isn't needed ;-)
Couple new features:
library-wide fallback bind-ordering that gets applied when nothing is set at the class and property-level. This could also be used to prevent non-explicit binding
class bind-ordering that gets applied when nothing is set at the property-level
ability to see source of a property's binding by implementing IBoundModel
Breaking changes:
dropped .NET Framework support. No way to use C#8-features :-(
