Specific support for SmartieParts Rev 2.2 LED backlight driver #701

Revision 2.2 of the SmartieParts programmer/backlight board is here! It
provides support for the HobbyKing LED backlight instead of an EL backlight.
In order to be compatible with all firmwares (including stock), it is set to be
on by default and must actively be turned off. This is opposite to existing
logic in the firmwares which support backlights.

I suggest a menu entry for "invert light [yes/no]" where choosing yes inverts
high/low signal on PB7.

Further, 2.2 supports dimming. Outputting a PWM signal on PB7 with a duty
cycle ranging from 0% to 100% will affect the brightness. If frequency can be
set independent of duty cycle, it is advised to be set at 400hz.

I suggest a menu entry that allows the user to set the brightness from 0 to
100. Perhaps they could choose to assign it to a pot.
