Compatibility with IE #36

Hello Chen,

dose it still not supporting IE or you did pass this issue?

if not where is the problem exactly and where to start investigate it.

This project has use canvg library to export chart as png image file, but IE cannot work with canvg. and IE work with DOJO is very slow. so no way to support IE.
