Default role BSC_STANDARD and role HR_MANAGE cannot create employee data.

BSC_STANDARD user : tester HR_MANAGE user : tiffany

FIX step : The role add role permission item core.service.logic.RoleLogicService#SELECT type as Compoment .

STEP 01 query role and click edit permission icon. 001

STEP 02 add role permission item. 002

next version 0.7.4 SQL dump file will add the role permission.
