Adding inno setup file #40

This adds an inno setup script file and a setup.exe to install the extension

@Gregwar Thanks for submitting this feature. Can you remove the exe file from this pull request? You may include a download link to the setup.exe you created in the README.md, instead of having them in the Git repo.
