Settings should show on a modal #118

Wireframe a settings modal

  1. I've aligned to the grid, but I feel like the spacing btw the elements is a little off. (Used GEL to size the headers.)
  2. Do you want me to extend the black of the modal? I left it undersized b/c I assumed we will make it dimmed black.
  3. Is the modal appropriately placed on the page?
