Is the "select a stream" going to be dynamic? #128

Can we code the "select a stream" so that the order of the streams reflects what you are venting? As in, a user inputs the word "sad," then "depression" moves to the top of the dropdown?

If this is not feasible, then can we at least order the streams in the dropdown according to what a user has vented in most recently?

Good idea but feature reminds me of oDesks "automatically populating the keywords" field upon creation of Job Description. Their version sucks.

Putting into Finalized
