  1. Ask if Blue Cross Blue Shield is planning on covering online therapy in the northeast (use Steph's client #) anytime soon. What other regions are they thinking of covering & when?
  2. Get details about coverage. How do people get reimbursed? Are Breakthrough providers the only providers covered by Blue Shield?
