This would work same as it does on Quora - professional services representatives provide professional answers and thus establish credibility with their service, and people who need these services tend to trust those who already proven their knowledge. For example, I myself will work with an immigration lawyer who posted a lot of useful and relevant immigration info on Quora and provided very professional answers on related questions, proving her credibility to me. Same I believe might work for therapists especially if they have a platform/tool to create their credibility with students.
