Placement of "How's it going, greatbillsofire?"

Is the current placement of "How it going, greatbillsofire?" the best placement?

Does the question conflict with the calls to action?

If so, can this conflict be resolved by changing the position of the question or should it be eliminated entirely?

If eliminated, what should it be replaced with & where?

The question doesn't conflict with the call to action. The question is understood as a greeting in the English Language like "G'day, greatbillsofire", "Howdy, greatbillsofire", etc.

However,

1. this greeting should be moved to the upper right hand corner, to the left of settings.
2. "How's it going, greatbillsofire?" should be one line, not 2 lines when it's moved.

This is better because the placement of the greeting interferes visually with the rest of the navigation structure in my opinon.

A, I've moved greeting to the top, but I'm feeling that is now it on wrong place. May be we can try move it to the right side of tab bar?

Ok, I made changes, but inverted colors of the face look a bit depressive. What do you think?

Btw, I forgot to commit issue #64, so it's commited with the Issue #72

It'i will show this to @billiedemott and @yoruguayo and get their opinion. One thing, can you remove the 'strong' from greatbillsofire? I think the strong is too much.
