What is the deployment environment going to look like? #90

Are there plans for a dev deployment environment? Or is pushing to GitHub enough? What about production. Is generic cloud hosting an option for the main site (excluding video). Or is there a need to find a HIPAA compliant cloud provider?

I'm going to have to turn this into a wiki page. Also, can I get access to your confluence notes? I need to copy the information you put in there to our Wiki page for reference as well.

Every commit should be a piece of working code on your development box. When I pull your code onto my dev machine, i should be able to do any "migrations", seed the database, and it should work. From there, I push to stg and www
