Sometimes, after upgrading to a new version of home-assistant, all of the automations get turned-off. This drives me crazy because everything stops working and I spend a long time trying to figure out why it doesn't work. I eventually remember that this sometimes happens with a home assistant upgrade and need to go toggle all of the automations on. This happens infrequently enough that I forget and the whole process starts over again next time.
