node-red frigate automation: trigger bluie-iris camera (or virtual camera) #42

Idea for the flow is this:

  1. Frigate detects person in the lower-rez rtsp camera feed
  2. node-red triggers blue-iris to 'alert' the camera
  3. blue-iris does a recording (with a 5-10 sec lead-time) of the camera
  4. blue-iris handles the animated push notification
