starting with 3 VMs:

On proxmox:

On proxmox-b:

Each 4-core 4GB ubuntu 18.04 VMs w/100GB disks provisioned against the local host-provided zfs SSDs

Followed instructions, didn't work. 1.11.0 still too immature IMO.

Will revisit with 1.11.1 when the bugs are hopefully worked out.

Procured a new physical node (proxmox-c) WIll build out a HA cluster for real for this.

I plan on leveraging rook for the PV storage this time.

Followed the instructions here: https://kubernetes.io/docs/setup/independent/high-availability/ to build a 3-master stacked-etch cluster.

I had to rebuild the three VMs and went with ubuntu 16.04.
