Update the tool to use the 'del.icio.us' URL across the board #35

It seems that that original domain name 'delicious.com' is no longer active. This pull request updates the the chrome extension to use 'del.icio.us' as the domain name in all cases.

So, is this going anywhere? How can I get the version with del.icio.us?

@rickpep You can pull the version from the branch i created and install the chome plugin manually.

@amccool - it seems del.icio.us have shutdown most of their API's, i've migrated to http://stash.ai
