Jshint the code and possibly add to travis CI

Hi,

there is interesting service Coveralls (https://coveralls.io/) that gives you also code stats (e.g. from JSHint) and code coverage if you are interested. I've setup Travis for my own project using Grunt as well so if you want I can take a look how to integrate your repo as well.

Would be great! To be honest I haven't had too much time to look at this project since I do not use knockoutJS at my current position anymore but want to take the time to do some of these tasks to get the repo in better state for contributors. Thanks for your interest
