support for US options #29

Hi,

Thanks for raising the request! However, supporting US options requires quite a few changes to the skeleton, and I am not familiar with the US options personally. So I do welcome any contributions to this project regarding US options, but I am not planning to implement this feature by myself anytime soon.

Though I will continue working on HK stock market since this is the focus of this project, and looking forward to your feedback.
