Adding Belarusian translation and update of Russian and Ukrainian translations #209

I am adding the Belarusian and Russian translations for 'serif' and 'sans serif'. Bing translate doesn't have Belarusian and I don't believe the Russian translations 'Шрифт с засечками' and 'Гротеск', which it suggests means grotesque. The Ukrainian 'Із засічками' and 'Без зарубок' may possibly be OK.

If you can check, that would be very helpful. Thank you.

Hi. Yes, 'Гротест' means grotesque. Better translate Serif and Sans-serif as: Belarusian: 'З засечкамі' and 'Без засечак' Russian: 'С засечками' and 'Без засечек' Ukrainian: 'Із засічками' and 'Без засічок'
